Parole tenue
In progressA sourced register of public figures’ promises and predictions, settled when their deadline arrives.
Parole tenue (“word kept”) is a register of promises and predictions made by public figures (politicians, journalists, commentators, economists): each statement is quoted word for word, dated, sourced and archived on the Wayback Machine, then settled by a sourced verdict when its deadline arrives. A visitor proposes a card, a moderator checks and publishes it, a member proposes a verdict that nobody can validate for themselves, and every decision is recorded in a public history. It judges facts, never intentions, with no money at stake and no success percentage. The site is in testing, protected by a password; the people, quotes and verdicts in the screenshots are fictitious.
